GoogleMy Wife & I invited three Slough Estate Agents to market and manage the letting of a two bedroom house in Slough. We decided upon Chancellors as Bobby impressed us with his knowledge, professionalism and good manners. Subsequently we discovered that Chancellors have several specialist departments so we were being contacted by several different members of staff. Understandable for a fairly large organisation. However, Bobby did well to make sure he coordinated the activities of all specialists to help us when needed. He was needed because there was a hic cup and Bobby helped us find a solution to resolve the problem. Many thanks

He very patiently showed us couple of properties. He was so polite and humble to the us. He was a goto person at any time we required. GoogleWhat can I say about Bobby, the service we have received is exactly how an Estate Agent should be. We saw a property on Zoopla and saw it the next day with Katie. We fell in love with the property so replied to Katie about it she started all the processes and make sure we will get the flat ready on time. We have been kept up to date with the moving progression by Bobby and he has been very informative with all of the queries we have thrown his way. As we said in the title... this is how it should be done...

GoogleDisappointed with the service. Lost £850 due to a survey which they asked to book for the property i wanted to buy and then was sold to someone else. Shouldn't have rushed a buyer to book a survey.

GoogleHaving come from a bad experience with Purple Bricks, I decided to go back to the High Street by using Chancellors to sell my 2 bedroom apt in Slough. As soon as I walked into the office I knew that these were the people to sell it for me. Can't fault them, worked hard to sell the apt, kept me informed of the progress throughout which works for me. Well done Slough branch, I will no doubt use them again in the future.

GoogleI went into Chancellors in Slough for evaluation o my property to help me decide what my next steps are on the ladder as property prices in Slough have soared in last year or so. Sam Coldham, despite knowing I don't intend to sell at the moment, came to see my place and gave great insights into the current market and potentials. He is very friendly, immediately putting people at ease. I am very grateful for his time and patience.

GoogleWe decided to take advantage of the Chancellors 0% deal after a very good pitch/valuation chat where we felt immediately comfortable and that their thinking was in line with our own. We are happy to say that we received an excellent service from start to finish of the process. The photos of our flat looked good on the various websites and we received offers from the very first viewings onwards. The communication was regular, detailed and clear and very much helped making decisions a lot easier. After accepting an offer, Chris at Chancellors kept in constant contact throughout the sale, providing support where needed, up until exchange and completion. It goes without saying that selling and buying property is extremely stressful and frustrating, this was no different, but we were pleased that Chancellors made the experience a bit more bearable, which is high praise indeed! Recommended.
