GooglePoor overall experience. Aggressive approach initially to get an offer accepted (purchasing a property) multiple phone calls per day by Mehtaab. Then non communication and no offer to help to come to an agreement with seller. Pulled out of deal after 5 months without any communication at all.

GoogleI don't recommend this agency to anyone! i made and offer on the property I viewed and it was accepted in first week of Jan'18. I waited for the completion for 4 months as sellers was not responsive to my queries. I requested Chancellors to speak to the owner and help me to get the information in mid March'18 and they said they can't help I should only deal with my Solicitor. In the month of April'18 around 20th I have to withdraw from the transaction. Chancellor referred me to Life Time Legal at begging of the transaction and I took the mover protection as advised by them but when it comes to pay my claim for the expenses Life time legal are not ready to pay and finding reason not to pay the amount. I won't recommend anyone to go through with anyone.

GoogleBad attitude with customer am going with my wife someone referred us for two bedroom flat. But staff are very busy to talking each other just take my number no details nothing. Please be responsible with your work it’s business for you but other hand is hope of home.

GoogleSpoke to George rai earlier today from the slough branch, having briefly met him before to value my property we spoke a bit more in depth about our plan going forward, great assistance and told me everything I needed to know going forward. Had an email with the plan outline sent out within minutes! Great work very efficient! Top man

GoogleGeorge Rai the manager and Curtis Knight the sales associate were very efficient and helpful,,Curtis gave me some useful information on extending the annex which was a detached garage away from the property and George tied the deal up a day later when I made an offer on the property,the sale is going through now hopefully before 31st of March to save the stamp duty.Paul Townsend.

GoogleAbsolutely useless. And that’s an understatement. I made an offer on a rental property, and over a week later I’m still chasing them. They don’t pick up the phone, and when they do, they say someone will be in touch. Bunch of jokers if you ask me.
