I was successful in securing a property advertised by WH Brown and I must congratulate Beth in the Sleaford office for all her help and guidance through the process. Beth’s communication through the whole process was excellent which made for a stress free experience. I had quite a few questions through the rental process and Beth was always quick to respond. It’s an excellent property and I would completely recommend WH Brown for tenants looking for their next rental.

All the team have been really helpful especially Olivia who carried out the valuation who was very sensitive to my personal situation . I also needed help with some paperwork and Olivia took the time to come and sit with me. Would definitely recommend their services.

I found a rental property online and asked for a viewing. The property was located over 100 miles from my residence and as a consequence of this the employee said that they had a recent video of the property, she sent it to me and it looked amazing so I put in an offer. Contracts were exchanged and then on the day of moving the agency contacted me to inform me that the cooker had been condemned and had to be removed from the property and that the landlord was now refusing to buy a cooker and that they were not required to provide one. As you can appreciate at this stage I was very upset, however the agents said they would get back to the landlord to see if she would change her mind. The contracts had already been exchanged and the landlord was refusing to honour her side of the agreement on the moving day when the arrangements had been made and I had moved out of my current home. I would not use this company at all they have no common decency and to add salt to the wound I have to take them to court to get my money back for the E first months rent and deposit because they think that I should be held to the fixed term contract and be liable for paying the rent nevertheless! Do not trust this company!!!

Do not use this estate agent. They did not act in our interest and quite openly attempted to bully us into selling our property at well under the market value. We had a ridiculous offer, which they just expected us to take. Zero effort made to push the property after the offer.

If I could score higher, I would! Richie and Charlie are excellent estate agents. Richie was very personable and kept our information on file, so once a property came up to view that met our needs, he contacted us immediately. They were both extremely professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any queries we had. The best experience with estate agents we’ve ever had, hands down! Couldn’t recommend this team enough.

If I could give 0 star I would but there is no option from Trustpilot to do so. Incompetence from the SLEAFORD, LINCOLNSHIRE BRANCH is an understatement. I paid for an "Extra Pro + package" for additional marketing of my property for sale. The property is in a prime location and reasonably priced for sale following appraisal by William H. Brown. However, William H Brown only managed to find 2 viewers for the property in the whole 12 months they had the property on the market. Their marketing was disgraceful to say the least. The photos they used for online marketing on Rightmove were practically non-existent as they only took 2 photos of the outside building and nothing more. On top of this, the two viewers they found turned out to be prospective buyers who could not carry through with a purchase due to reasons William H Brown never realised until it was too late. There were no regular updates from their Sales Progression Manager although I had asked for this and they had promised to do so. Had they been tracking the sale transaction regularly this would have prevented delays and a sale falling through which cost me hundreds of pounds. If you are looking to sell your property don't waste your time or money with William H Brown - save yourself the stress and hassle by looking elsewhere.
