We met with all the usual suspect agents and eventually decided to go with Ewemove in spite of Rachel giving us the lowest valuation. We wanted a quick sale and went with the most realistic valuation. Rachel shared detailed market research in a voluminous report she had compiled related to my property. Using the word "estate agent" to describe EweMove and Rachel is a massive underselling of her amazing work. She honestly felt like more of a US realtor who was on our side through the whole experience. She truly worked at every and any hour for us. We knew that every enquiry on our house sale would be handled professionally and she would keep us updated and in the loop on everything. We always felt like we were informed and in control in what can be a very stressful process. If we ever did decide to move again (which we definitely don't plan on..) Oddly enough Rachel from Ewemove was not employed by me, she was representing her client who was selling his house but she still gets 5* rating from me. From the moment I saw the property and contacted her to view it, Rachel has been outstanding in providing information and a communications route to her client, something that both sets of solicitors were unable to do easily. This house purchase was beset with difficulties and Rachel managed to navigate them to obtain an eventual successful outcome. She managed both her client and me, the purchaser, in a friendly but professional manner and responded positively to all concerns and queries. I think I can honestly say that without Rachel steering the process, ultimately the sale would have fallen through. I heartily recommend engaging Rachel to sell your property.

This was the second home that Rachel has sold for me and although house prices have come down and interest rates have gone up I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that Rachel would sell my house, which she did for the full asking price. Rachel is committed to showing your house in the best possible light and spends a lot of time taking pictures and measurements and both times has produced a lovely brochure. Rachel is clear about what sells houses and a lot of that is down to relationships and trust. Rachel is flexible and constantly available unlike some other estate agents who are unavailable for calls from new buyers in the evening and weekends. Rachel is also very honest and immediately gives feedback from viewers about points which have been raised so that they can potentially be remedied before further viewings. I recommend Rachel and Ewe Move to everyone as in my experience they go way beyond the usual high street estate agents to ensure an excellent selling experience and one which most importantly ends in a sale.

A period property with a lot of history and Grade II listed did not phase Rachel and we felt that her valuation was accurate and fair, she achieved above the asking price. Estate agents act for and are paid by the vendor, and Rachel is no exception there. She did a great job on me as the buyer and extracted many thousands of pounds over the guide price. Rachel was thoroughly professional however, so I experienced very little pain. She would have made a good dentist. By the time we completed the transaction I felt we were getting a reasonable deal, so it was a win-win for us and the vendor. Rachel kept us well informed & her communication was excellent throughout. She was always punctual and seemed well briefed when conducting viewings. Clearly, she doesn't work only 9-5 hours & returned calls and emails promptly seven days a week. I was so impressed with her as a buyer that I recommended her to a young local couple who were looking to sell. They had had bad experiences with agents in the past. Making personal recommendations is always risky & it can backfire badly, but in this case I believe they, as vendors, were very pleased with her services. It seems that Rachel's polished performance comes as standard.

This is a supplement to a previous, hastily written, (apologies) review in January. Rachel is the epitome of an estate agent, (that description does not do her justice). Her approach is utterly professional from the very beginning and she was very particular about what can and cannot be on show. Rachel wants your home to stand out from others and she achieves this with the outstanding quality of the photographs she produces. I've seen some awful examples, worktops cluttered and unwashed pots. Bedrooms and bathrooms littered with clothes and towels. You won't get away with any of that with this lady.... so be warned!
