GoogleAlthough we were buying through Dale Eddison, so, in essence, they weren't 'our' estate agent, they were always more than helpful. In fact, if it wasn't for Laura Houseman, I think we would still be struggling with a stuck chain and waiting to move. Laura always had a 'can do' attitude and went the extra mile to get things moving and sort out the problems. She was unerringly cheerful and positive, and always had time to listen and understand the issues, then to make big efforts on our behalf. She was a star 🌟 On moving day there was a problem being notified of the money moving on up the chain so we were unable to get the keys. In the end we called in to Dale Eddison's Skipton branch, who made a quick phone call and sorted it out for us immediately. So, all round 5* treatment from them and a huge thank you to all of you x x

We were very impressed by Daniel when he came to our house to sort out the sale. He had spent a lot of time researching house sales nearby so that we had an goodidea of the situation in our area. He was totally down to earth and gave us excellent advice about pricing, photography etc etc. The house went on the Dale Eddison website on Saturday and we received, and accepted an offer within days. The staff at DE were unfailingly helpful and positive, and all made a potentially stressful experience a lot better. many thanks to dan and the team

GoogleWe first bought and then sold with Dale Eddison and on both occasions we found them to be nothing other than professional , very reliable and totally honest and genuine people to deal with ..and for us , made the whole process of buying and selling so much easier for having them in the loop ....They do their very best to keep pushing things along by chasing the solicitors involved to prevent any delays which was very much appreciated by us. ....So big thankyou’s go to Emma & Ellie for all yr chasing up etc👍 and also to Will for your very prompt and efficient skills at starting the ball rolling. from Vicki & Phil x

Delighted to have sold my mother's apartment at Adlington House in Otley. Abigail, the agent, was efficient and wanted to help. The agent's fee was also significantly lower than that of the third party agent that Adlington encourage you to use. Clearly, Adlington get a kick-back if a resident sells their flat via the third party agent which is very poor form on their part.
