I bought my shared ownership house from onward and had loads of problems with my home and it has been very stressful . I have to say though , that Sandra has been an absolute pleasure, she has genuinely cared about me and my home and sorted everything out for me . The service that Sandra has provided has been outstanding , and she is an absolute asset to onward . Thank you Sandra for being so supportive and helpful .

Excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. The whole staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. I would especially like to thank Lisa though. She is a real gem, always approachable, patient, understanding and efficient. She made the whole process less stressful and all this time she went the extra mile to speed up the process and make this purchase come true. We are finally in our house and we are thrilled. Katherine was absolutely amazing, she’s answered all of my questions, reassured me fully and genuinely made me smile. Took a rtb on in 2010, since 2015 the balcony and roof above have been leaking . It was only fixed last month after 10 years of damp , mould, ceiling collapses and slugs..

Absolutely appalling from start to finish. We have been charged a service charge for our shared ownership property for over a year but have been informed that the contractors have already paid it for a year and due to still living on a building site we shouldn’t be paying until October 2024! I’ve sent multiple emails with the promise of a reply and refund to get nothing for over a month. I’ve called and been promised the same thing but again had NOTHING. Do not buy with these people. Trust me. I waited 6 months for my home to be “finished” only to still have multiple defects and problems!
