GoogleAnn was very professional and conscientious. Her involvement in the process made things much easier. She was able to communicate between all parties efficiently, including myself, vender, vender’s solicitor, my solicitor, and also financial advisor. Without any previous buying experience, I even gave an offer much higher than the asking price. However, Ann gave her professional suggestions, and finally contributed to the success of this purchase. I would highly recommend Ann’s services to who would like to buy or sell a property in the future. The best estate agent and staff I have come across Birmingham.

GoogleOulsnam, specifically Alison, helped me sell my property in the Bourneville trust area. Initially I was a little nervous as my experience with other estate agents hasn’t been the best. Totally understood what we were looking for , didn’t make us feel pressured in any way and checked in regularly . I am pretty sure I have driven him round the twist and not once did he make me feel like I was being the humungous pain that I know I was. An absolute asset to the business.

GoogleMy wife and I were disappointed, with service, as we did a lot of viewings ourselves.we showed our buyer around, because no one was available. This happened several times, we feel we did estate agents job without being paid, we also did negotiating price, as each time we dealt with Michael he wanted us to drop our price.
