FacebookWe bought our first home through Harrisons and they have been absolutely brilliant. Our purchase took a long time and was incredibly stressful because of issues with our solicitors, but throughout the whole process, Harrisons couldn’t have been more supportive. We dealt mostly with Ryan and Olivia, who were both great. Ryan always got back to us with answers to any queries we had straight away. And Olivia really was amazing, she was so sympathetic to our situation, really kind and reassuring and so helpful. FacebookHarrisons were transparent and communicative throughout the entire process, which we really appreciated as first time buyers. The photos in the property listing were representative (unlike some we've seen from other agents). We were given a private viewing of the property by Josh, who was very personable and knowledgeable. Being allowed to look around at our leisure made a nice change from the frantic open houses we'd been to with other agents. Josh explained that Harrisons have a policy of not doing open houses as they place the sellers' property at risk and put unnecessary pressure on buyers. After our offer was accepted, Olivia stayed in regular contact with us to update us on progress, and was consistently friendly and responsive. When we went to collect the keys to our new home, we were given a bottle of Kentish sparkling wine, which we thought was a lovely touch. We would not hesitate to use Harrisons when we eventually decide to move on and sell our property. Thanks so much for all your help!

From start to finish they have provided their friendly support and excellent customer service - we were provided with prompt updates on new properties on the market which were suitable to our requirements (thank you, Pauline! You found our dream home for us!) and had viewings arranged fast and at a most convenient time. I want to give special credit to Olivia who showed us our then future home, she was very approachable and professional, she kept us up to date with current information on the property and the progress of the purchase. She could not have done a better job and we are really grateful for her support.

I would recommend to anyone and certainly use them again should the need arise.
