We started working with Ben at Harrison’s back in September 2025. Out of all the agents we had met he was the most personable and genuinely caring to put our intentions of selling our home at the forefront in delivering against the sale of our property. We actually started our sales journey with another agent and in the 12 weeks we were with them we had only 1 viewing. And within the first week of working with Ben and the team we had 6 viewings booked in within the space of 2 weeks. So delivered on what he promised. I could not speak more highly about Ben and the team, their communication was brilliant 🤩 they regularly called me on a Monday as promised with an update on viewings and just to even ask how me, my wife and son was. In addition to Ben we had several occasions where we liaised with Liz and the experience was no different. Genuinely lovely people to deal with. Our house sale has gone through… in the final stages and we are about to take up our next home. There is no doubt we will be using Ben and the Harrison’s team when we look to move again.

Chris and the team are amazing. I had a very poor experience with this agency. We wished to view a property, so I booked an appointment with a member of staff who said she would call me back to confirm, as she needed to speak with the owner. A few days later I called them again to check, they said they would get back to me to confirm the time. The day before the scheduled viewing, I had to contact them once more, and was told the appointment was no longer possible; they would contact me when a new time could be arranged. Three days later I called them again. They promised to return my call. They did so the next day, and I booked a new slot. I specifically asked for a confirmation email, making it clear that I would not attend without receiving one. The lady promised several times she would send it, but to this day, nothing arrived. On the day of the appointment, she phoned asking where we were. I explained I had not attended because I had received no confirmation email, and I could clearly hear her displeasure in her voice. In my opinion, if you are providing a service and genuinely want to sell properties, you should make an effort to keep your word and return people’s calls.

Liz’s approach to selling homes is unique, highly personalised and effective. She supported all the potential buyers of my house and secured competing offers within a very short timeframe. Her strategy was exactly right, and her knowledge and experience significantly reduced the stress and anxiety of selling.
