Through a lengthy chain process Jane helped us immensely. Always available to take our calls and keep us informed, as well as chasing people throughout the chain when things had slowed or became frustrating. I would have no doubt in recommending them or using Sinclair again. Thank you!

FacebookBeverly and Jane at Sinclair Shepshed were amazing! Friendly, professional and efficient at all times. Beverly put our house on the market within 48 hours and we sold it in 24 hours and got a great price!! The girls chased the sale at every stage and although it was quite stressful at times as the chain was very long they helped me through the whole process and calmed me down. I cannot thank them both enough.

GoogleI was so pleased with the service from Sinclair. We had tried another agent prior who were awful, but Sinclair showed me what estate agents can be like. And most importantly of all they got us viewing and ultimately sold our house. I would highly recommend them, and know of at least 2 others who have had the same positive experience of working with them.

GoogleThe response to my initial enquiry was very quick. Peter gave me an honest appraisal of the property giving very valid reasons for his decisions - which proved to be very accurate! Wendy was very thorough with her information and was in constant contact updating me on progress.
