I couldn't fault Sinclairs Estate Agents throughout the whole process of selling my house. Pete was very professional and friendly when he came to do the valuation and he gave me a realistic price which sold the property quickly. Louise has been amazing! She has always answered queries quickly and chased things up for me. She has always been very friendly with a lovely welcoming manner despite my constant calls! I have used this company before and would definitely use them again.

From the first phone call I had with Sinclair to book a viewing they were professional and helpful. They told us there was another property on that hadn’t hit the open market yet that we might like. From making the offer to instructing the sale Sinclair have kept us informed throughout the whole process. As first time buyers we were new to the whole process. Wendy kept us informed at every step of the way and ensured we knew what was happening. She reassured us when things got a little nerve wracking and even managed to complete our chain before our mortgage offer expired. We couldn’t have done it without her support and guidance.

I’ve used Sinclair twice in 18 months, firstly because Pete gives a realistic selling expectation on price compared to the other companies who came to appraise.
