GoogleWe have just completed on the sale of my parents house in Sidbury. From the start it was always going to be a difficult move due to their age and my father's dementia. Piers, Mandy and the rest of the staff have been brilliant throughout, treating both my parents sensitively but also ensuring things progressed with minimum stress to them. As someone involved with 'A Dementia Friendly Sidmouth' I would highly recommend Your Move Estate Agents. Thank you Piers and your whole team.

GoogleWe moved to Sidmouth last month. All of the staff we have dealt with have been extremely friendly and helpful. Mandy kept regular contact with all parties throughout. At one point we thought we would loose our dream home but thanks to Mandy it all went through smoothly. She has also given us lots of advice on the local area which has been extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend using YourMove, especially to anyone wishing to move into the area.

GoogleI have just finished the process of selling a bungalow in Sidmouth through Your move. Mandy was my negotiator. Right from the beginning she did a brilliant job, through which was quite a lengthy process. She was very enthusiastic and always there with advice on the legal side of things as well as liaising with the buyers. She was cheerful and positive even when times were a little frustrating!! We got there! I am now settled in a new flat. Thank you Mandy.

GoogleSuperb service from start to finish on the recent sale of our flat from everybody at Your Move. While many other estate agents give a false idea of what properties are worth resulting in prices having to be reduced, Piers was realistic from the start on price and was very knowledgeable about the Sidmouth property market. The written details he prepared were excellent - this should be a given but from previous experience of other local estate agents, this is rarely the case. My greatest thanks must go to Mandy who dealt with some challenging issues and people along the way and who went above and beyond what might have been expected of her. She is terrific - and great fun. I would not hesitate to recommend Your Move when selling or buying a property.

GoogleMandy and the team worked so hard to get us in our new house. If it wasn't for Mandy finding out our buyers solicitors hadn't even started when the completion date was 4 weeks away. And then they said it would take 16 to 20 weeks for them to complete, Mandy wasn't having that she called and emailed them every other day and got it down to 6-weeks. We would still be living in our old house if it wasn't for Mandy. GoogleFantastic experience working with the Your Move team in Sidmouth, especially Mandy. Mandy often went above and beyond what was expected and was hanging in there with us during what ended up being a pretty long process. If you're selling your house, their walk-through videos are the best in the business and really help prospective buyers get a proper feel for the property, before and after viewings. Can't recommend them/Mandy enough.
