GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service. I bought the property from Harrison, Lavers and Potbury around 9 years ago, and had it let out and managed by Bobby Marshall for approximately 5.5 years. He has always been at the end of the phone and more than capable of being left to manage my property even though I live half way across the country. I cannot recommends enough. A huge thank you for everything you have done

GoogleI've been renting though HL&P for sometime now. They are far the best agency to rent from, Bobby and Manda always put in 100% too make sure you are comfortable and any problems you have are dealt with straightaway. I would recommend anyone looking to rent to go though them cus you will be well looked after. I will always stick renting though them no matter what, so a big thankyou to you both. Kelly

GoogleThe service provided by Harrison Lavers and Potbury’s was professional and efficient. The suggested sale price for our flat clearly was an accurate reflection of market conditions, which resulted in numerous viewings. One of the potential buyers made a firm offer at the full sale price and completion followed shortly thereafter. We were particularly impressed by the level of communication. No sooner was a question posed than a full and detailed reply was received.

GoogleHarrisons have rented out a property for us for over ten years, and we have had excellent service from Bobby, Manda and previously Fiona, throughout the whole time. Any problems that have arisen have been dealt with quickly, and efficiently and when repairs have had to be done, Bobby has always found very reliable tradesmen who did an excellent job. We feel we can trust his advice and experience and we have no hesitation at all in recommending the company, which provides management with a personal touch.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe have used H L P twice buying and selling houses and found all the staff very professional very knowledgeable on the local area and its facilities , Our last sale this summer had its challenges but was dealt with efficiently by Tony Sutherland . Bobby Marshall in Lettings should also have a mention for going that extra mile to ensure we were able to rent the house we really wanted . we cannot recommend H L P highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI have 2 properties, which Harrison Lavers & Potburys manage for me. They have managed these properties for more than 11 years. They provide an excellent service. They have always found excellent tenants for my properties, and ensure that my properties are well maintained and cared for. I am a very happy landlord, and have very happy tenants

Googlethe team are excellent at getting you into rented accommodation, so that they can take your money. but once you are into the property they are negligent and unprofessional. They are anal and don't care that you are living in the property and that it will show signs of this such as clutter (magazines dvds clean dishes) on coffee tables and kitchen sides as this apparently is disgusting. They never get round to fix any problems you inform them of. When it comes to leaving the property they will take as much of your deposit as possible by making up false accusations. i have been in a total of 4 rented properties with 4 different estate agents and these are far the worst.

GoogleWe have just both sold our home and purchased a new one through HLP. Each and every member of the team were fantastic, professional, knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. They say house moving is stressful, but this really was not the case, even through a pandemic! I cannot fault them in anyway. Thank you to the whole team!!PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleI can't speak highly enough of both Bobby and Manda at HL&P rental management. They are incredibly professional and friendly to deal with, and very responsive when there is a maintenance issue to sort out. First class service and people.

GoogleI have used HL&P twice over the last two years, once for a purchase and once for a sale. On both occasions they were highly professional, very helpful, and suitably supportive. Their guidance was always appropriate and the calm way in which matters were dealt provided reassurance to all concerned.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
