They won't answer any question regarding a property if you don't feed first their database with your personal details. Clearly they don't care about privacy in an age when AI bots are all over data mining information.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Made to feel like my thoughts and views were insignificant and I was stupid!! I have been in sales and senior management for 25years and have never experienced such a lack of customer care. I would never recommend anyone to use this company to sell their home, people deserve more than this company delivers.

GoogleWith such a quick turnaround in the rental market a degree of communication is required by a company. This is lacking from Bradleys. The intrusive application process is excessive and bordering on an invasion of privacy. Hopefully new legislation will give renters the right to ask similarly personal and financial questions of potential landlords and their agents, helping us decide if we are happy to rent a property from them.

That's always been a top priority for me, that is, people always keep in touch and let you know what is going on. Bradley's have been superb. I dont generally rave about an Estate Agent, but, Bradley's get my thumbs up and a well deserved 5 stars!!!!

GoogleVery impressed with the customer service. When looking to get my property sold Bradleys were professional, punctual and honest. The whole process was dealt with fairly and swiftly, but with a noticeable human element. Just wish my solicitors were as responsive....

GoogleUnresponsive and they use an outsourced survey filter that is well beyond anything reasonable to answer simple questions about a property. An email response would be welcome before your algo asks the name of my mother’s dog.

Following such high demand for lettings properties, we have had to increase the questions we ask ahead of arranging appointments to ensure the property and tenants are suited. GoogleI have to say the service provided by the Bradley’s team was outstanding and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to sell a local property in Sidmouth or East Devon. They have the sales and marketing reach, knowledge, ability, and tenacity, to sell your property! Their fee maybe at the high end, but you really get what you pay for!
