GoogleFirst time selling so very new to me. I chose Your Move Sidcup after having 4 local Estate Agents visit. I found Sue Petty to be the most knowledgeable in the area always very professional but friendly throughout. My buyer was found at a time when viewings where difficult in this current time, very quickly and Sue made everything very easy for me. Can not recommend highly enough. GoogleDon't register with YOUR MOVE if you want any customer service, as their computer system is not specific with regards to what type of property you want to buy, so they just send you anything that it chucks out, and when you call to complain that a Townhouse is not a bungalow! they just give you loads of attitude and take you off the system.......Well YOUR MOVE, you are going to sell a lot of houses like that!!!!!!!

GoogleWhat could have proved to be a very difficult process (selling two properties, mine and my daughters and moving in to one) the team at Your Move Petty Freeman made everything so easy. Communication was brilliant and the whole process sailed through much quicker than we thought. Highly recommend Sue, Sarah and their team.

GoogleLovely group of people work here, always ready to help and contributed in a massive way to enable the Vaccination programme to run so well here on our doorstep. Sue, Chan and co are an integral part of the community and should be proud of how they bring the community together working tirelessly without looking for gain or reward. Also been at the forefront of gathering collections for refugees and first aid support to those in Ukraine. Keep up the genuine work.

GoogleGot a viewing today. Got there early. 20mn past the viewing time no-one was there so I called. No-one answered the phone so after 3 attempts, we went to the agency. They just told me the flat had already been let. No email, no phone call to cancel the viewing. A waste of time and money.

GoogleFANTASTIC STAFF !! From beginning to end, was friendly, professional , honest and dedicated to making you feel important as an individual all the way from survey to completion. Never too much trouble, reassuring and sorting any problem's along the way.. This is the best service I have ever had in selling property, both here and abroad. I WOULD SINCERLY RECOMEND AND USE AGAIN.
