GoogleEngaged Kallars to sell a piece of land for us. After 8 months and 2 abortive sales we engaged another agent. Of course we don’t hold Kallars responsible for the difficult market but it was interesting that the day after we engaged another local agent they introduced us to a company who we successfully sold the land to for more than either of Kallars buyers had offered. What annoyed us most was that after we had agreed the sale Kallars contacted us again and said they had a buyer who would offer more. We explained that we had agreed a deal but they encouraged us to gazump our buyers. They would say it’s just business. We think it’s just wrong and would prefer not to deal with a company that operates that way. It’s also worth mentioning that Kallars have a separate building company who built a new property next to ours and were inconsiderate and broke our garage wall with a digger.

GoogleI am writing this not as a satisfied/unsatisfied client, but one who met and spoke with Paul at length regarding the sale of my house. My wife and I were generally unsatisfied with our current estate agent and called Paul in to see if he could offer anything different. During the time he was with us, we were impressed by his positive and outgoing attitude and his in depth of knowledge of the buying and selling of property. He was a genuine salesman, who took his job very seriously. I have little or no doubt that had we gone with him he would have found us a buyer.

Chris and Jordan at Kallars did a fabulous job from valuation to arranging viewings and sale of our house. I could not be any happier at their professionalism and their very clear communication during my dealings with them. Certainly would use them again in the future. Very highly recommend.

GoogleAwful communication after we moved into one of their own property developments. Been waiting 2 years for them to sort out some snagging issues from when we moved in. We email and just don't get responses
Hi Mr Stephens. To clarify, your complaint is to do with the developer, NOT Kallars. We are the managing agents and are not involved with your snagging issues. I would politely request that you remove this review as it is certainly not a fair reflection of the service we provided for you. It is suggested that you contact the original developer and take this matter up with them. In the meantime, your review will be reported to Google as it is directed at the wrong party.

GoogleRented with these folks a while back. It took months of repeated emails and calls for them to address any issues. By the time I left there were still problems with the bathroom that had been raised on moving in. Terrible
