GoogleTilia are causing a lot of disturbance to local residents with all the heavy construction traffic using greenfields lane creating a lot of dirt and debris on hampton drive and adderley road. Also creating a lot of dirt on the main A53 carriageway.NegativeProfessionalism

I live next to a development. The work on the roads on the development have been ridiculously slow. The open spaces on the development are scruffy and unkept. The residents of the development are unhappy and so are the residents in the surrounding area.

Kier group sold Durleigh Garden services to Tilia homes and stated 2 years builders warranty wasn’t affected by sale but as before still don’t work. Keep coming back we will do it but never do . So complete waste off time.
