From the very first day I met Ashley Harwood from the Cirencester branch of Stutt & Parker I found that I could communicate with him, which in today’s world is not something to take for granted, he was the agent that was the closest in valuation to what the cottage archived, the price was not inflated, just realistic. 2023 Alistair valued our property. He was due to visit today after me emailing calling and no responses. Thought I would give him the benefit of the doubt, to get a phone call one hour before to say his valuation would be the same as two years ago, I have already highlighted we have spent 200 k since then and doubled our turn over!! I had done my due diligence and know from other properties sold recently what our property is worth, to be told he’s not the company for us !!! when we have received well above his thoughts.
