GoogleCallum from Welch Estate Agents has been brilliant throughout the entire process of buying our house. He was extremely accommodating and responsive, and we felt like we were able to contact him with any issues. He was very helpful when needing to contact the vendors or arrange surveys etc, which we truly appreciate, and honestly could not have done more for us. Thank you so much! We would definitely recommend Welch Estate Agents and would absolutely use them again in the future.

Professional and helpful throughout the process, he was very knowledgeable of the local property market. The marketing of the property was very good with high quality photos being produced. With Callum's guidance, expertise and advice a successful result was achieved. We would definitely recommend Welch Estate agents - very good and supportive from start to finish.

Was recommended Callum who not only found a tenant but also sorted the required paper work, painter and plumber all for one fixed fee, the whole process was pain free and very professionally handled.
