GoogleBeing an existing redrow purchaser, I went to the priorslee estate to look at a 3 bed detached house with garage. The actual house was good it's self but was told that I could not put in for the plot I wanted because my house wasn't sold STC, even though the redrow house wouldn't be completed until October/November time. This would mean that I would have to sell my house and move into a rented accommodation until the new house was finished. I find that completely unacceptable.
