From my initial viewing at the property where Liz was welcoming, answered and queries I had about the property and allowed me as much time as I needed to look around. The application and referencing was simple and stress free which resulted in Liz notifying me that the property was soon to be my new home. I highly rate Lets Move, a five star rating for a wonderful and friendly service. Thanks Liz.

GoogleBy far the best ever estate agents we have ever delt with and we have had a few! This move has been completely stress free thanks to Liz and her impeccable communication. Everything has gone soo smoothly. Anytime I have emailed with questions they have been fully answered promptly, if I haven't been sent information before I've even thought of it! GooglePretty good experience with the representative who showed the property, polite and informative with good attention to questions and broad local knowledge. The rest of the experience was below average. Generic catch all emails and very slow to follow up post viewing emails or telephone calls. No attempt to understand personal requirements and a long way from a tailored service that one might reasonably expect of a reputed small town agent.

GoogleLiz was really approachable and friendly throughout the process of renting our new property. Liz helped with referencing and paperwork whenever we had any queries, she was very helpful and efficient. Lizβs email responses were rapid and professional without being overly complicated. All of this is really helpful and appreciated for an adult with a disability, I couldnβt recommend Letβs Move more. They were very understanding and inclusive of clients with disabilities. Signing legal documents and accessing forms can be stressful as a neurodivergent person, but Liz made me feel at ease. We canβt wait to collect our keys on Friday. Thanks again.

GoogleLiz from Lets Move has been outstanding in her service during my moving process. She has consistently kept me up to date with progress, responded to any queries promptly and explained every step. Before meeting Liz I had become disillusioned with estate agents generally because of my experience with another agency, but Liz has completely turned that around. As well as being professional and efficient she is understanding and friendly, making a daunting process seem much less so - thank you Liz!

GoogleWe had to move unexpectedly and were having real difficulty finding a property as everything was being snapped up so fast. Found a lovely property through Let's Move and had a viewing the next day. We were looked after by Denise and she has just been incredible throughout. she could sense our (my) anxiety about our situation and she was so reassuring and on the ball with everything. When the landlord accepted us we genuinely felt Denise was as thrilled for us as we were π All applications, referencing and any of the legal documents are all done online which was perfect for us especially still in the pandemic and Let's Move operate really quickly so no waiting around for contact. Denise kept us informed of everything along the way. On check into the property we were given a welcome pack which in all my years renting (there have been a lot) I've never had and it had little snacks and useful stuff like washing tablets and cleaning stuff plus vouchers for things. Let's move do a full inventory of the property which gets sent to you and you get the opportunity to highlight things that you want noted, again this is all done online so really easy. We've been in the property a week today and couldn't be happier. Hoping for an enjoyable and long tenancy πPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe property I viewed was not at all like I expected it to be, based on the photographs, and it wasn't right for me but Denise was great. She was very friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to. She promoted the property extremely well and she put a positive spin on everything. She was very informative and on the ball in all aspects, responding immediately to questions and emailing me before I even got home! Great service. Thank you.

We were looking to move in really quickly and this was accommodated. We were able to move in within 2 weeks of viewing the property which was amazing. Canβt thank the branch enough!
