I am really impressed with there service from photos to initial marketing through to organising viewings by phone and emailing me to confirm and then emailing me back again so as not to miss the viewings. The sales process was simple, efficient, friendly and holters filled me with confidence and reasurance through to the sales completion. FacebookAs buyers, we obviously don't have a choice in which agents we see - but I can assure anyone thinking of contracting with Holters that they were never anything other than professional during what turned out to be a very lengthy purchase process. We were always kept up-to-date with developments, and their staff never minded us calling up for information if we needed. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say we wouldn't have ended up with a successful purchase without their care and attention. Highly recommended.

The write up in the particulars was outstanding, describing the property and it's outlook really well, with supporting photos and plan, to support the particulars. The service was easy to use, and contact was excellent, all ways returning. They negotiated the sale process so well, that we sold over the asking price. It really was a 5 star service, both professional and friendly. I have no hesitation recommending there services.

FacebookWe cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Holters. Having originally employed one of Shrewsburys βrun of the mill street agentsβ - the Holters team were a breath of fresh air. Top class professional service with a modern twist. Holters offer everything including objective data in relation to how many houses they are actually selling, a strong social media presence, professional photography, excellent specialist advice and tips- Holters has it all. The team made the whole process of selling our home of 9 years effortlessly easy and eliminated all stress for us as the vendors. Carl and Will spent many hours with us at our home and in the office preparing our listing and when we saw the finished result we were absolutely blown away. We found ourselves immediately booked up with βserious viewings!β And unlike other agents we have dealt with we never once felt pressured to use Holters services but were rather filled with confidence from the outset. By the end of our second week we were offered the full asking price by two separate clients! Holters absolutely deliver first class service and we cannot recommend them enough. Thankyou Guys.

FacebookI had decided to sell my house and was looking at local estate agents and a friend suggested Holters. I arranged to see both agents and I have to say it was nothing to do with cost, it was to do with the friendly, personal touch that made me choose Holters. What a good decision that was as I found both Will and Carl honest and professional in all their dealings with me. Plus, it was cheaper as well. FacebookProfessional, affordable and reliable...a fabulous little company with an exceptional reputation. Within a day of putting my house on the market, I was inundated with viewings and had an offer of the full asking price. Six days of being on the market, my house was sold in excess of the asking price. The professional photographs are an absolute must, and are well worth the money. Karl and Will are thoroughly supportive, providing excellent expertise throughout.
