We bought a house from Strutt and Parker and from the start they were FAB! Amy was quick to respond to emails and phone calls and made the process easy. To top it all, she was always really positive, reassuring and cheerful. If I was selling my house again in the future, I would definitely look at using Strutt and Parker as my estate agent.

GoogleI have bought and sold houses a number of times and I can sincerely say that the experience I had with Strutt and Parker in Shrewsbury was the very best. Their knowledge of the market, valuation, marketing and organisation of viewings was of the very highest quality. Communication amongst the many parties involved is key during these events and that was exceptional. Fortuitously I also found a property to purchase from Strutt and Parker and my experience was also better than I had ever had. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We engaged Strutt & Parker to sell our country house property in May 2023. This turned out to be a very difficult period for property sales. We felt S & P gave us every support during this time, with regular communication, realistic appraisals and an enduring interest. We didn't feel that we went 'stale' and throughout the process S & P continued to promote our property and seek a buyer culminating in a successful sale. We are so very grateful for all that the team did to achieve this. We would definately recommend them.

We engaged with Strutt and Parker Perth, because I liked Hamish’s no nonsense approach and his approachable style. Nothing has been too much trouble for Hamish or Amy. And they have made a difficult sale in a challenging market as stress free as they could. Whether it be show clients round, pick up keys, or give advice. The handholding when I was an overly anxious seller waiting for missives to conclude was second to none. Amy in particular shone at making sure I was 100 percent in the loop and clear about next steps. I am very happy that I made the right choice when I picked Strutt and Parker to be our agents.
