Used Harrington Brown to find a tenant and manage my property, property returned in a state, broken items and unclean. Agents had checked tenant out at end of lease period and said property was immaculate.... OMG what kind of house do people live in. Dispute over deposits not backed by agent and ended up my cutting losses and repairing damage and cleaning as property was being marketed. Can not recommend Harrington Brown with regards rentals as inspections inadequate as is check out procedures. While the landlord is the client, the agent seems to favor the tenant.
