GoogleThe Team at Harrison Brant are fabulous. They we super sensitive when tasked with selling our late father’s home. They offered firm and honest advice on the pricing of the property, whipped up some great photos and details of the property and kept us informed on every viewing with detailed feedback. They recommended a solicitor and kept us thoroughly up to date with the whole sale procedure, which went incredibly smoothly and very quickly. Would wholeheartedly recommend them. They have a long history of serving the Shoreham area and are by far the best Estate Agents in town.

GoogleWe decided to use Harrison Brant because they were the least pushy of the 3 agents who valued our flat. The service we recieved from valuation to completion was fantastic. Every anxiety I voiced was taken seriously and worked through. We only had viewings from serious buyers and once we had accepted our buyers offer the sales progressor managed every logistical issue that arose. I have absolutely no concern about recommending Harrison Brant, we will definitely use them for any sale in the future. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

GoogleWe have recently sold our central Shoreham house with Harrison Brant. Throughout the whole project we have received both efficient and courteous service by the whole team. We were particularly impressed by the sales presentation, professional photography and management of the viewings. Towards the end of the process it was really helpful having one member of staff to liaise with all the people involved in our chain (buyers, sellers, other estate agents and solicitors). This resulted in a speedy sale. We can confidently recommend Harrison Brant.

GoogleMy husband has been trying to sell his former marital home for a while now and after a bad experience with a competitor he moved the sale to Harrison Brant Estate agents earlier this year. Very quickly it became clear that Harrison Brant Estate agents were dynamic and working very hard to get a sale agreed. Once the property was sold subject to contract Tony Harvey the Sales Progression Manager took over to see clients (us) through to completion. Tony offered a superb service always chivying the various parties to the sale to ensure that everyone was up to date and generally adopted a very positive approach. We would completely recommend Harrison Brant Estate agents and especially the services of Tony Harvey to help vendors wade their way through the, sometimes very trying, process of sale through exchange of contracts and then completion.

It was a great team effort but special mentions and thanks go to Andrew (Branch Manager) for his extremely helpful approach and excellent knowledge of the local market, and, to Tony (Sales Progression Manager) who worked diligently to get our sale and purchase to completion. GoogleHarrison Brant are renowned for their professionalism, knowledge and curtesy. They look after you very well. I have come across them a few times and often recommended them to friends over all the other estate agencies in town. However, I am giving an average star score because sadly, it only takes one individual to bring the rest down. This individual would proceed to show viewers around the property whilst arrogantly disrespecting the occupant by barging past and shoving them out of the way with a clipboard; then barging into bedrooms without knocking despite being advised that there were people in and could he knock. Going into spaces a usual agent really wouldn’t need to go and my personal favourite? ……….telling potential buyers false information in order to mask the problem areas of the property. At one point I was told to keep quiet and was spoken over by him in an abrupt manner whilst he waltzes around the property as if he owned it. I addressed my concerns to the agency and was received a reply of complete denial. It seems that you are treated differently if you are the tenant of a property to an owner. I am both and have had experience of this for many years so, I know what I am talking about. It isn’t often I dish out negative reviews so, something had to really rattle me, and I guess this man’s behaviour did. Mr Ferguson needs to understand that eventually karma had a way of catching up with him for being as rude and disrespectful as he was to my family. He also needs to know that lying and denying what he said and did also has a way of biting back, as he failed to realise my home was rigged up with voice active CCTV that caught the full extent of his behaviour. Not a very professional man, working for an absolutely brilliant agency. My opinion, if you want honestly and professionalism, please ask to see Andrew or the owner to buy or sell your home.

GoogleWe recently sold our property through Harrison Brant. They were excellent from start to finish. They gave us a realistic selling price and made sure it was well advertised across all platforms. The sales brochure was extremely good, and professional. The fees charged were reasonable we felt. They kept us informed throughout the sales process and made sure all the paperwork was completed. We would definitely recommend them.

They insured covid 'conditions', advice were met. Very pleased with results of our sale also. We have bought and sold through HB and would not hesitate to recommend

We are sorry that you should feel this way and understand that you are disappointed not to have been able to secure the property. For clarity and as you know, the property had not been sale agreed to you, nor had it been removed from the market, consequently solicitors had not been instructed. This was due to you not being able to evidence your ability to proceed and we had reminded you of the necessity to do this on a number of occasions. The owner has now accepted an offer subject-to-contract from someone that was able to do so. Once again, we are sorry that you weren’t able to secure this property and hope that you find another suitable property soon

GoogleExcellent, good initial advice, lots of viewings and dealt with downturn last year really well eventually securing two competing bidders and so a good price. Really helpful as I live a long way from the property I was executor for, keeping and eye on it and finally reading the meters. Kept in touch regularly throughout the process and did not hassle my solicitor. Cannot recommend them too highly.
