The Harrison Brant team in Shoreham were all brilliant when I instructed them to sell my house and the purchase of another house. Their communication was excellent and I was kept fully informed all the way through the process. Moving house can be very stressful but they helped and supported me throughout, making it less stressful. The whole team were patient and professional when I contacted them and nothing was too much trouble. I am very happy in my new house BUT if I ever contemplated moving again, I would definitely use Harrison Brant in Shoreham. They are simply the best - better than all the rest. Carole Bartholomew

I seriously cannot fault my experience! From the start whilst dealing with Andrew he made us feel very relaxed and making us feel like he would take all the stress and burden on his shoulders not to make us have a stressful or bad experience. Once we had accepted the offer we was passed onto Tony Harvey. He made us feel so relaxed and kept us informed of everything no matter how small of detail at every point through the sale of our property. The attention to detail and customer service was outstanding from him. He made us feel like we were the only people he was dealing with which was amazing to us as we needed that little bit of extra time to understand the processes of the sale. I can honestly say Tony made a very stressful and challenging chapter of our life one of the most exciting with a superb experience.

Interesting to read the reviews. This company are professional in selling property in most cases; they have a great reputation, though I too have to agree with one of the reviewers that tenants remaining in the property are treated differently. It gives me no pleasure to discredit someone on public review however, due to my personal experience and learning same is happening to other tenants, I think it is appropriate to say something at this point. Jason Ferguson maybe good at his job selling property; of course, why wouldn't he be. He's getting a commission! In my experience, he was rude to deal with. My daughter and I received similar treatment to what the other reviewer described. I complained to him in writing about it but he denied his behaviour then too. I was accused of not wanting to let prospective buyers into the property around the agents time (they must give you at least 24 hours notice by law) and subjected to many emails and calls from him and my landlord to visits the property for inspection. I am a very house proud person and rent was paid for in full for the entire 6 months (in advance) where we resided, however, it came across that between the rogue landlord and Jason, they were looking for fault, I believe to encourage us to move out sooner. It was border line harassment and illegal. Our neighbours would often comment on how he would walk across their lawn to get to our front door regardless of being reminded not to. I think it's safe to say that he did not care and it was clear to me that he is disrespectful. I was also accused of being reluctant to move out despite emailing Jason and landlord that I did not have an issue at all with them wanting to sell the property. They simply did not have their legal paperwork in order and I found out that they put the property on the market to sell as a vacant property 3 days before I moved into it, and after I signed the contract agreement. It wasn't until I made huge improvements to the property both inside and out approx 3 weeks after I moved into it, I got given my notice of possession. A notice that was not valid or legal I may add. Jason was not very nice if he did not get his own way and I was not about to be bullied out of our home with every legal right to be there. Hope he enjoyed his commission though after we moved out.

It was a positive experience dealing with Harrison Brant. Someone always answered to take a message, even if the person we wanted wasn't available, and they always responded to the message. They kept up an active and close liaison with the seller, so that answers to queries were quickly obtained. There were delays getting information from the freeholder and seller's solicitor but Harrison Brant kept us informed of what was happening, with regular update calls. They were very proactive in pushing the solicitor towards an exchange date, and kept us well informed of the seller's situation.

We decided to sell our London property and purchase a house in Shoreham. We saw a property we liked and Jason from Harrison Brant showed us around, he was patient and knowledgeable. We decided to purchase the property and Jason was the agent who dealt with this. He was approachable, tenacious and proactive. His communication skills were excellent and he responded very speedily to any and all of our enquiries. It wasn't without its difficulties for reasons outside his and our control but he was able to see it through and thankfully we got there in the end. If I were going to sell my house I would most definitely go to Jason at Harrison Brant.
