I will start by saying how excellent Beals in shirley Southampton have been through out the sell of our home.you can see the professionalism stems from the manager right through to all the members of staff. Very helpful throughout the sell, even when things were not going according to script. The best thing I found was the communication. 5 star estate agency

Useless waisted seven months on market with Ollie in shirley Southampton beals three buyers NEVER PROCEEDED MY SALES no feedbacks after viewings full of lies when you chase them up even admitted he didn’t do enough??? this is a regular patten go on google reviews!!! Thank god I’m rid of them!!!!!

Can’t praise Beals at Hedge End enough - special thanks go to Liz who went above and beyond to make selling a property from a distance go with ease.Liz communicated well and kept us updated every step of the way, even doing some admin/scanning for me to save me travelling to Hampshire on completion day. Total shambles.............. we rent our property out through them and they didn't pay us the rent one month? When i contacted them we were informed that we had no contract with them............ erm, the tenant had been in there over a year, had paid the rent, beales just couldn't put two and two together. Total shambles of a company, avoid at all costs!

Through a very difficult time Ben and Lucy dealt with me as they were both furloughed at various times. The house was left in an appalling condition by the previous tenant but with their help it was quickly turned around ready to let again. They appreciate time is money. Looking forward to a good tenancy this time.
