We met with a clueless agent at a viewing which was unable to provide us with any useful information about the property. She said she will get back to us and answer the questions shortly after but it never happened, it felt like she just wanted to get over with the viewing and get on with her day. Very unprofessional. Her name was Kirsty. Won't be using Beal's again.

We had a very bad experience with our last agent and tenants and were very wary of going to a different agent.Beals have been first class and professional,very thorough.I cannot fault the service I have received at this present time. They have marketed the property and found me tenants very quick. To which I am very pleased about. They have kept me up to date.
