I have a sale going through on one of the properties and she has been helpful with that. Many thanks to Olly and his team who very quickly found another buyer when the first sale of my property fell through - very close to a five star - only a chase from me needed when I realised my first sale was falling down prevented it - in all other respects first class. Would definitely use Shirley office again if I had a property to sell in that area

Following the death of our Mother, my sister and I had to arrange for the sale of her property. Although we had a few problems with the sale along the way, Olly and Andy from Beals Shirley Office never gave up and took all the stress away from us. They kept us fully informed all the way through and answered any emails by return or called us straight back. We would like thank you both very much for your support from beginning to end. I went to see a letting on Tuesday. Ellie was very attentive and any questions I had answered them really well. She was knowledgeable. One of my questions she didn't know the answer but got back to me the next day. Was a great viewing unfortunately not quite right for me. We have awarded Beals 3 stars only because we did not quite get over the line after 12 months. This might not be too fair given market conditions. We could not fault the efforts made, especially by Sarah and lately Akshay and Holly. At all times pleasant, polite and extremely helpful. My only regret is that we didn’t work with Akshay sooner.

the staff are very friendly and helpful. Both Aisha and Annie were very professional on the viewing that i went on. They both also got back to me when i asked them to and they are great employees and are a credit to your company. also, they both could answer every question i had about each property. i cannot say this about every estate agent.
