The team are extremely professional, knowledgeable, informative, friendly, dedicated and provide exceptional customer service. From the first day I contacted them Lauren, Jade and Adam have been outstanding to work with; from start to finish they continually kept me up to date with the process, nothing was too much trouble, they went above and beyond to assist. GoogleI have dealt with Arden Estate Agents for over 10 years now ... First as a landlord and just recently in in the sale of a property. My exoerience in dealings with the team at Solihull (Jade, Lauren and Adam) has been outstanding. They are a young willing and energetic full of enthusiasm and a real joy to have on board selling your property. They are not typical of estate agents from the past as they have l think quite a fresh and unique set up setting them apart from what you come to expect from sales agent. I am truly over the moon with all aspects of the sales procedure from start to finish, so much so that l have another property going on the market very soon and l know the very agent and team to sell it for me.
