Called to arrange a viewing of a property, however someone had already put in an offer. Was contacted a week later as the offer was declined and arranged a viewing. Was then stood-up by the agent after driving out of my way to get there. No explanation as to why, other than 'human error'. Have since had a look at the property online (30 minutes after appointment) to find it is let agreed. So in a nutshell, someone has put an offer in and it has been accepted, but Hamilton Bower havn't had the courtesy to let me know not to waste my time. Furthermore, they were not honest about this when I called, therefore I do not have much faith that they will refund my petrol costs as requested, and as promised. AVOID!

To get you into one of there properties i give them 10/10 polite professional and friendly. Then once you want to leave your on your own. They dont answer your calls they refuse to let your bond be freed from dps they are on the landlords side even if you have proof of everything been done. They allow the landlord to get professional cleaners in and the charge comes out of your pocket because they refuse to release your bond 4 months of me trying to get a bond back and then i did not get it fully back because in the end i got fed up and give in and yes i put in for dispute over and over yet they kept declining that too.

Having recently struggled to rent out my property and having nuisance tenants previously, I was debating if i should do it again or not. Please be aware if you enter a rental property aggrement via this company that when the time to comes to vacate,you will have a very very long wait for your bond to be returned from the DPS.They realy do not understand that this bond is required ASAP for the new property that you are moving into.The person that owned the house we rented was a friend of one of the partners and their bias was clear to see when dealing with them. Very unproffesional and would not deal with them again.

Hamilton Bower first came to my attention when a friend of mine who used them told me how renting his property was stress free. As mine was a nightmare I was interested to know his secret. Well it turns out it is no secret as this company do the lot. Now all I do is collect my rent (on time) with no stress at all. Try it what you got to lose except your headache of course????

Top notch Service!!

From the first enquiry to the end of my tenancy, Hamilton Bower have been fantastic. They don’t have huge admin fees unlike other letting agents and they’re quick and professional throughout the application and initial move in. During the whole tenancy I have found Della especially extremely helpful whenever dealing with any queries or repairs to the property. Any works were carried out quickly and thoroughly and are all guaranteed by professional workmen.
