Google5 weeks! 5 weeks it took from accepting an offer to the completion date. The property was on the market less than 2 weeks also. Christian keeps contact with all parties; buyers, sellers, solicitors ect to ensure the process is smooth for all. Will recommend and use again.

Really positive experience, especially with Christian Armitage. Feels like a bespoke service as opposed to a generic estate agency. Got the price we wanted and moved in under 8 weeks. Excellent communication, friendly and very cost effective. Would definitely use FastMove again (but not planning to move for a loooong time)

We've sold 3 properties within the last 5 years and the last one was through Fastmove. It’s been a completely different experience dealing with Christian from Fastmove, he’s proactive and extremely professional, he suggested a solicitor to use and they did an amazing job too. Fastmove is just on a different level to our previous agents and we would highly recommended using them.

After deciding the time had come to sell our rental property, we were left with the daunting task of picking the right estate agent; managing the excessive costs, ensuring the advertising and showcasing aspects were going to be fruitful in our favour, and our constant need for communication.Multiple estate agents were recommended, but many came with negative feedback from various friends. We decided to go ahead FastMove, as we were had heard bery good feedback regards their work ethics, determination and their positive attitude.Not only was Fastmove considerably cheaper than the other estate agents we had consulted with, the pictures of the property were taken the same day, the expertly written advert was written and published online in just over a day. Straight away, we instantly had a fantastic, positive feeling from Fastmove and that the property was in very safe hands.The package we opted for was the 'Self Viewing' - IE all other aspects would be managed by FastMove, but the physical viewings would be conducted by ourselves. We did this both for the money saving and also due to my place of work being close to the property, meaning shorter times to commute if required. After the property only being on the open market for under a week, and communicating to us daily, we were very pleased to show our first prospective buyers round the house. The buyers were actually part of Fastmove’s customer network and these were the only people to view as they put in an offer the same day. Had it not been for the FastMove, and Christians personal service, the wait could have been endless.Once the offer had been made, Fastmove completed all the necessary steps, contacted the buyers as required, and ensured the completion happening in an amazing timescale of 6 weeks.Following our extremely positive experience, we recommended FastMove to friends of ours who had been with a high street estate agent for a number of weeks, with no feedback, or a single viewing. They opted to try FastMove and although they were not as lucky as us with the first viewing, the property was under offer in 3 weeks, proving again, FastMove was the right move.Thanks again Christian and FastMove, highly appreciated and most definitely recommended.Sara and Tim

When we decided to put our house on the market we were torn, should we go with a local agent or should we go with a online estate agent. We did a lot of research into this before making a decision. We came across some horror stories regarding online estate agent, especially the ones who you pay monies upfront. For example the agent EMOOV has just gone into administration leaving a number of customers in a situation where they had paid monies to this business before selling their house. Unfortunately now they may not get this money back.We then came across FastMove. We established they were an online agent who sell properties all over the UK. From the outset the two most appealing elements of their service was1) They don't take any upfront payment and only charge £600 on completion this = no risk and also a far cheaper option than the high street agents2) They are open 7 days a week, 8am - 9pmTherefore we had nothing to lose. They did not let us down, from speaking to Sarah at the start of our relationship to completing the sale of our property the service we received was exceptional.They agreed the sale of our property in 6 weeks and we never had to chase them for anything they were always forthcoming with information. They were also always accessible on the phone.Definitely recommend.

My contact at Fastmove was excellent. I had one point of contact and was updated frequently. I had a difficult time with my solicitors and Fastmove were on the phone and sending emails to them to get things moving. I am very impressed by Fastmove and although online I found it to be a very easy process and one where I felt I was a valued customer even though my house sold within a few days of it being advertised. In future I would only use this company from now on. A big thanks to Fastmove!

Anytime I needed a question answering or wanted to discuss anything, my calls were always answered or I was called back in good time. I honestly could not have asked for a better service than I received and I have already recommended Fastmove to people I know are looking to sell their homes/ businesses property’s. Would use them again without hesitation.

If you need to sell a property you own I would certainly recommend FastMove.I had previously listed my property on the market with a local agent. I did think they had overvalued my property but thought they were the experts so took their advice. My thoughts were correct we did not receive one viewing in 3 months and never even had a call from the agent concernedBecause my circumstances changed I decided to call FastMove. From the initial phone call I knew I had done the right thing. James visited my property within 24 hours of the initial enquiry and my sale was completed in 3 weeks with cash in the bank.First class service from all the team.I wish you all the success in the future.
