I have just brought a house from VLS estate agents and it has been a lovely process bearing in mind how stressful moving already is ! We had Helen as our main contact and she has kept me and the sellers updated throughout this process , always contactable and available for any questions . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this estate agent for both buying and selling . Both Helen and Vicky who I have spoken to have provided invaluable advice and are both lovely people . Thanks again VLS for such a brilliant experience and for all your help xx

It’s completion day for us. Vicki helped us with our mortgage and we bought our first house, the one we’ve so happily been in all these years. This weekend, on the same weekend we moved in 10 years ago, Vicki not only did our mortgage again but sold it being a listing for VLS Estate Agents Helen and Vicki have been so supportive on what’s been a very emotional move. They showed us all sort of houses to help us realise what we really wanted in a home. We sold within a month and with their guidance we did find what will be out forever home. All throughout the process, along with its ups and downs they’ve done their upmost to keep us informed and make it as stress free as possible. Having a WhatsApp group for our sale meant that we had a constant, easy and always accessible communication with them which really eased the process alongside a positive outlook on the situation. Thank you Helen and Vicki for helping us move into our forever home ♥️

Victoria and Helen have been amazing. We sold our house with them and they have both worked so hard for us, explained all the complicated things in “simple terms”, kept us up to date with everything and were so helpful. Moving house is pretty stressful and the girls worked really hard to get things done for us. We would definitely recommend them. Thanks for everything Victoria and Helen x

We completed on a house purchased through VLS today and their team were excellent. The whole process was swift and well-communicated, plus they communicated with the sellers to ensure we ended up with a deal that all parties were happy with. Any questions I had were always answered quickly and we were kept up to date at every step. I'd thoroughly recommend them to anybody.

VLS did a great job helping us to sell our house. We started out using one of the larger local firms with no luck. VLS provided a more supportive and dynamic service, ensuring we were able to sell. The team have great local knowledge and provide 5* service

My husband I spoke to Vicki previously for mortgage advice. We found her to be very professional and knowledgeable. Therefore it was an obvious choice to use VLS to sell our home. We are early in our journey but so far very satisfied with the simplicity of the process and the small touches which make communication easy!

Purchased a property that was advertised by VLS. They also then secured our mortgage for us. Vicki and Helen are absolutely brilliant and couldn’t recommend more for house sales or mortgages. After having negative experiences in the past with the process, they were a much appreciated party in the process! 5 Stars! Thanks both 😊 …

We have just completed on the sale of our house. It’s stressful enough, especially when the house chain breaks down. Helen and Vicki did a great job holding the house sales together and eventually reaching completion Great job 👏
