GoogleTerra Cotta have let and managed properties for me for decades and have always looked after my and the Tenant's interests with great thoughtfulness and the benefit of their long experience. They have always quickly found replacement Tenants when required. On a personal level they are a delight to deal with and excellent at resolving any problems that arise. Therefore I can relax and trust in their good management.

GoogleThankyou for your friendly professional manner during our house sale. I found the team at Terra Cotta very knowledgable and helped us achieve a higher selling price than we thought possible. We found other local agents had undervalued our house so we were very pleased with the result.

GoogleWe have dealt with Terra Cotta since moving to the Surrey Hills almost ten years ago, and as tenants, buyers and landlords. We consistently find them to be reliable, professional yet very human and open to our thoughts and opinions. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleTerra Cotta have been a terrific agent both for renting out our property and then selling it. They were responsive, attentive to detail and would take on any task that needed to be done. I would use them again without hesitation and recommend them highly.

GoogleThis is the second time I’ve used this small local agency for both letting and selling. I’ve yet to find the perfect estate agent, but Terra-cotta do try harder to offer a more personalised service and go that extra yard.
