GoogleMy uncle died and had nominated me (his NOK) as one of three executors of his Will, together with his solicitor and a friend. Turned out to be a lot of work, but selling his house was probably the easiest bit, thanks to Knight Frank. Simon gave a really personal and very professional service and his advice proved correct. The brochure KF produced was stunningly good, brought out the best of the property: we had cash offers within hours! If yours also is an unusual, character property, KF is the firm to trust with its sale. Highly recommended.
