GoogleAll the staff at Knight Frank are genuinely, at all times, aiming to achieve the very best for their clients. They are real people who actually care about what they are doing. Simon Barker always gave me the correct advice and this worked wonders. At the same time as being knowledgeable and professional, they all have a wonderful sense of humour and try their best to lift what is almost inevitably a very stressful time. I absolutely recommend them 100%.

We are indebted to Simon Barker for making the process of buying our dream home so swift and painless. The personal service we received was second to none and we are especially grateful to Simon for recommending Mark Russell, and his assistant, Tracey Field, at Knight Frank Finance, who handled our mortgage arrangements with great speed, efficiency and aplomb. Indeed, the entire Knight Frank team was so motivated and helpful, that we managed to exchange contracts just six weeks after our offer was accepted and are now looking forward to moving in before Christmas. GoogleLuke Pender-Cudlip visited Millfield School to give a presentation on careers in the property industry. The presentation was well-attended by both pupils and staff, and it was fascinating to learn about the corporate culture at Knight Frank and the benefits that such an employer can provide young people. Luke addressed the questions from the floor and spoke personally about his life in property, as well as giving information on summer internships, apprenticeships and graduate programmes. It was a very worthwhile session for all involved at Millfield. James Brittain, Head of Careers & Higher Education, Millfield School.

GoogleFirst class service. A fairly complicated purchase but Luke supported us throughout and went above and beyond to get us to the exchange. I am certain other agents would have signed off once the offer was accepted, but Knight Frank worked very closely with our solicitor to ensure the stress levels were kept to a minimum! We will have no hesitation recommending Knight Frank for a superb and professional service.

Simon who acted as the estate agent and Giselle as the Sales progressor have been absolutely wonderful during the who process of purchasing our dream home. It has been a very difficult process during covid and lockdown, especially with the legal aspects of sealing the deal. Giselle especially has been welcoming and helpful at getting things pushed through, even just to discuss matters and maintain my sanity! I would highly recommend their services.
