We had such a good experience with Jackson-Stops

We had such a good experience with Jackson-Stops. From our first viewing of the property the agent gave really good advice about how and when to proceed with an offer. It took us a few months to sell our property but the agent kept regularly in touch with us during this period which was really reassuring. When we were able to negotiate the agent gave more really good advice which allowed us to make an offer that secured the property. During the legal phase the agent kept us up to date and acted as an effective link between seller/solicitor and us. We can't fault the service that Jackson-Stops provided and would recommend them without hesitation.

The worst estate agents we dealt with whilst buying. They lied and falsely blamed the sellers (who we subsequently spoke to directly). ADDITIONAL: Not sure how to reply to JS Sherborne’s reply below, so adding context here. It is no surprise they’ve said I don’t appear in their database - it proves one of my points about why they were so poor to deal with. One of the main problems was their inability to log core information (including forgetting to notify the seller we were going to make an offer at a final viewing the next day - we later spoke directly with the seller who hadn’t even been made aware by JS that we’d booked an additional viewing, let alone that we were making an offer).
