GoogleWe came to the property as discussed and waited a while. No one came and once contacted they were horrendous.
Day before over the phone Elisia confirmed the viewing and hesitant to admit that she has forgotten.
And was very rude over the phone and when I explained she only said NO NO NO from the beginning.while explaining she cut the call.
Lady on the middle was saying i had the booking on Wednesday as we figured it out that Elisia was infact lying over her mistake.
Sarah the manager was even more rude and she accepted that they can cut the call on a client who was just disappointed on the service. Regret every bit of it and big pass on this company. No one should be treated like this way especially when a customer drives over 10 miles to a viewing. Avoid these un structured - No one to complain back street shops at any cost.

I have rented a property for 8 years and moved to their full management, from another Connells, as their service was appalling and thank goodness I did.
I have had a few tenants, one in particular who was not so great and Sarah couldn't have been more helpful in such an upsetting time for me, helping me throughout the process and organising people to fix up the property again.
Since then Belinda has Managed my property and she's always super thorough and answers any questions I have promptly and Leon who has just dealt with a new tenant this week, whilst Belinda has been on annual leave, could not have been more efficient. The whole team are smiley, helpful, they work together and nothing is too much trouble. Definitely the best Letting agents in the area:-) Thank you team DP

GoogleLeon and Sarah were fabulous. We were going through a very stressful time trying to sell our Sherborne property in a chain where the agents lower down the chain were extremely unprofessional. Our dates for exchange were continually delayed to the extent we decided to rent our property with Dorset Lettings.
We contacted Sarah and Leon on the Friday when the sale appeared to have fallen through and by Monday we had 3 high quality applicants for us to choose from with 2 prepared to pay more than what we were asking for the monthly rent. One applicant was even prepared to pay the rent before he could move in to secure our property.
Some how in the end our sales agent and solicitor resurrected our sale and we did not proceed with letting our propery with Dorset Lettings.
But Leon was fabulous totally understanding our situation and there was no charge for all the work he, Sarah and the team did. He also informed us that our applicants totally understood as well which made us feel much better given how stressful and bad we felt about the whole situation.
As a result, we would reccommend Leon and Dorset Lettings to anyone wanting to let their property in Sherborne.
A throughly professional and rapidly effective service, with great advice.
This in our exeperience is certainly not always the case with certain other agents in this town.

We had been badly let down by other management companies and were reluctant to return to third party independent management. Due to circumstances we decided to try again with our property in the Dorset. After a thorough selection process using all the tools at our exposure we tried Dorset Property. What an epiphany knowledge, responsiveness not shy to ask the awkward questions, told us how it is and got to know the property and more importantly got to know the tenant. Leon earned our trust to the extent that he dealt with every without informing us unless the maintenance or repair spent was over the agreed amount set realistically by him. GoogleIt’s a real shame that Dorset Properties let themselves down at the end of the tenancy, very un-helpful, rude and unresponsive once you leave a property and some very unjustified remarks from the manager. I would never use this letting agent again as the process of leaving the property was way more stressful than it needed to be.
