GoogleBeing a first time buyer I really didn’t have a clue on where to even start. Since the start when I first wanted to view the property Abbie has been extremely helpful. During Covid a lot of business’s have blamed the pandemic on why things are taking so long to get sorted but Abbie has managed to get everything sorted quickly, professionally all whilst being safe and following guidelines with Covid which I have really appreciated! Very easy to approach and friendly even when I’ve asked silly questions! Would highly recommend buying and selling with Abbie couldn’t have asked for better!

Through no fault of our own, my sale fell through a couple of times and Abbie was supportive and confident the whole way through the process, she was there 24/7 to answer any questions and nothing was too much trouble. This process can sometimes be very stressful and, without Abbie being there throughout I don't think I would have been able to do it with anyone else. GoogleWe can not recommend Abbie enough, from the first meeting with her through to the day we completed she has been honest and her communication has been consistent throughout. I can honestly say if we didn’t have Abbie as our estate agent our sale and purchase would have fallen through on more than one occasion. Unlike a high street agents Abbie honestly cares about all of her clients throughout the process not just at the start. Abbie was always available for me to ask questions and offer advice she didn’t shut off at 5 this helped with me working full time and not always able to speak in the normal working day. I have purchased on a few occasions and Abbie was the most present estate agent I have even been in contact with. The big group estate agents, once you sign, don’t really do any chasing and you have to do a lot yourself to ensure the sale is proceeding. However, with Abbie all that chasing is done for you. What you actually pay an estate agent for.
I would defiantly recommend the services of Abbie to anyone and if I sell again I will use her services for sure. Never the big groups again for me.

We had difficulties with our solicitor, and Abbie assisted us by chasing them and communicated all updates with the sellers extremely well.
