We had heard about Abbie through various channel's and she did not disappoint!. From our first meeting with her we found Abbie to be everything you could ever wish for in an estate agent. Abbie is approachable, friendly and professional at all times and has a wealth of knowledge in her field. The photos of our house were absolutely fabulous as were all the social media posts. There was some delay at the bottom of the chain, but Abbie followed up every detail of the process and kept us fully informed and sane! Abbie completed all viewings herself making our lives so much easier and less stressful, always at the end of the phone and we always received an immediate reply to any of our questions. On top of all this excellent service Abbie donates to plant twenty five trees for every house completion. We would highly recommend Abbie if you are thinking of selling your property any time. Best decision ever!

Our experience with Abbie was faultless from start to finish. She's highly professional, punctual and dedicated to gaining the best outcome for your sale. As an independent Estate Agent she has built a highly skilled and professional network that all aid in the sale and purchase of your homes. She managed the chain impeccably and kept everyone informed and happy (we had two houses fall through for different reasons and the chain below remained onboard and everything went through inside 5 months). She also managed our new build developer and any issues we had with them before the purchase. Right from the get go, Abbie showed what a good estate agent she is. I first viewed the property with my mum and she was very impressed about how much information Abbie was able to provide. There was no question she couldn’t answer. As first time buyers, Abbie was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. We had some issues with solicitors but Abbie was continuously chasing for us making sure everything was getting done. I haven’t worked with any estate agents before, but my mum was so complimentary of her throughout the process saying how good she was. It was clear to see how much she cared and wanted us to get the best outcome of the purchase. We are now in our new home and she’s still messaging and showing that she truly cares. I would highly recommend Abbie and if the time ever comes, we would definitely go through her to sell the house.

We had been forwarded to Abbie by a friend and she did not disappoint. It was our first time selling a home so we were unsure about the whole process. Abbie made sure we understood every step and we were so confident in her ability to sell our home. Extremely proactive and you could see the effort and commitment she put into us from the start. Day 1 initial contact, day 2 valuation, day 3 photos and on the market, day 6 sold! She managed to get us 600+ views within the first 24 hours. Whilst there appears to be a lot of positive reviews, it’s a shame I cannot share the same experience. Abbie tried to sell me one of her family member’s properties, whilst viewing another property with her. I was told ‘it has got to be sold this financial year’. After letting the sales process progress, and having spent hundreds of pounds on fees, I was then told the property is no longer for sale. Having lost a lot of money due to a lack of diligence on their behalf, I asked for compensation, to which I was told it is not etiquette to give compensation. However, I would significantly question the etiquette and values of any business that feels it’s acceptable to waste peoples' time and money.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
