Great service from start to finish. Charly really helped me through the process. It got quite stressful however her calm but tenacious attitude and experience pushed my sale along and kept my stress levels as low as possible.

GoogleFrom the moment I asked for a valuation, the service I received from Staves was second to none. I was so impressed with the guy who did the valuation and then with Ben when he took over. The advice I received was excellent and so helpful and everyone was so respectful as it was my Mum's house that I was selling and I was really upset. Ben followed everything up and kept me advised on everything. I would like to thank everyone concerned in the sale.

The response rate is very quick and they solve all your queries. I opted for mortgage advisor ( Katie), Surveyor ( Laura) and Solicitor ( Wake Smith) all on advise of them I will definatley consider them again myself and recommend to anybody. Also they have good portfolio of property as i have been observing this myself over more than a year.Definatley

GoogleNo reply to any email enquires (rental), several were sent. Phoned instead. Mentioned a specific property I'm interested in: Silence on the end of the line. So eventually I say "Is it still available?". Reply: "Yes".... [long pause].... (Impatiently) "How can I help with that?". How do you think you can help me with that?! Phone line then cuts out. No one bothers to call back. Think I'll deal with an agent that actually wants my business.

GoogleCan't comment if you're selling or buying But if you're renting ensure you get every single interaction recorded, they refuse to make repairs (took almost a year for them to bother to fix vents that were causing mould breakouts they only bothered to fix because I started calling daily, prior they would simply say "we will look into it" and then claim "we never got told about this" despite it being the same guy on the phone each time, thankfully I had emails proving he'd been informed and had photos So all in all standard low level landlord

However, the people at Staves made the whole transition easy and friendly, walking me through each step making sure I fully understood every detail before completing the sale of my new stunning home. I am looking to raise a claim of gross negligence regarding the letting of my property by this company. The letting was badly mismanaged with a number of serious errors, and ended up with the property being used as a cannabis farm with massive damage caused.
