GoogleExcellent service from Martin and staff at Fox Valley branch. We got the full asking price for the house after a surprise valuation (£20,000 more than other estate agents locally). The service throughout a protracted sale was superb, lots of help and support as there were some nerve wracking moments with our buyer, I always felt like SB were on our side and they did everyting to smooth things for us. I would highly recommend them, and special thanks to Martin, what a complete star.

GoogleAfter an incredibly shaky start with our primary point of contact (who subsequently left), our sale was handed over to Sarah and Martin who, quite frankly saved the day as far are we're concerned. Earlier this year (2017) we put our house up for sale with Simon Blythe and, after doing many viewings (and discovering that many vendors are precisely as dishonest as you might think) we put an offer in on what we hope will be the last property we buy. Unfortunately, this is where the whole process started to unravel. The deceit, dishonesty and outright lies we've encountered in the purchasing process have been shocking, to say the least. However, the support and help we've received from Martin & Sarah has been quite unbelievable, through their hard work and diligence they managed to turn what was about to become a complete disaster for all parties (two other families in the chain behind us) into a trio of exchanges and completions. It's hard to put this kind of gratitude into words and frankly, words would never be enough anyway. The professionalism, composure, honesty and integrity demonstrated by Martin & Sarah has been as shocking as it has been a relief. Based on our experiences, we'd have no hesitation in recommending their services to friends and family alike.

GoogleSimon Blyth and Rebecca have been the most amazing agents to work with when renting our properties, they have never let us down in 6 years, always searching for the best tenants and going the extra mile. No problem is too much for them. Rebecca is great to work with, great communicator, and dealing with all the stress so that we don't have to. As I don’t live locally they have taken on tasks over & above normal such as organising grass cutting, reading meters & checking that house clearance men had locked up. I let a shop through Simon Blyths in January 2024. They never asked the tenant for a deposit, I am still awaiting a physical and fully signedcopy of a lease over two months after the tenant got the key from Simon Blyth lettingsservice. I paid for their legal drawing up of a lease and neither myself nor my tenant have a copy despite asking several times. They also never carried out an identity check on the tenant, never asked for references and didn't even bother asking for their home address. A shoddy, shoddy and expensive experience. I will never use Simon Blyth lettings service again and hope to warn others of their lazy, rude and unpleasant services.
