GoogleI have been with PJ Properties for the last two years. They have been extremely helpful in sorting out any problems we've had with the house, from replacing our oven to changing light bulbs! They are always quick to send someone out if we've reported a problem.
Going into the office to sign our contract was a simple and easy process which was made nicer by the friendly staff. I would highly recommend PJ Properties to any students looking for somewhere to live, they have high quality accommodation to offer and they are a very reliable letting agents.

GoogleI rented as a student for two years with PJ properties in two different houses. The rent was always competitive and the houses very clean and modern. PJ were very good landlords, always on hand to fix any problems we had. For example, the pilot light in the boiler blew out on a particularly windy weekend, and PJ sent someone round to come and fix it for us within a few hours. I would highly recommend renting with PJ as a student.

GoogleI have rented a student house with PJ Properties for two years. I would not hesitate to recommend renting a property from them. They are very good communicators and if you ever need anything repaired they will get it sorted as quickly as possible. The price of rent is extremely competitive. The whole experience with them has been a positive one which you do not always find with student letting agents.

GoogleThey own the property next door to us, and the previous tenants left a TON of rubbish outside (including food, which is attracting foxes!). Despite ringing them over and over they did not take it away even though it is their responsibility as landlords to do so. We have to put up with this mess because of them. Not acceptable.
