GoogleMe and my housemates have had 2 years with PJ and they have been quick to solve any issues and are very friendly. Kim has been quick to respond to any questions or requests and is always helpful. Even all of the maintenance visitors we’ve had have been lovely and nice to chat to, would recommend.

GooglePJ are great landlords, the property was very clean when we arrived and there were no issues with the house. If there were any issues or something broke, the repairs were allways very very quick. The communication on when people would be in the house to complete these fixes and for viewing was allways very good. Overall a very pleasant experience, I regret not choosing them for all of my housing in Sheffield.

GoogleI would recommend PJ properties. I had a house with them last year. As with any property it wasn’t perfect, but PJ always responded to any queries within a reasonable space of time. They were also happy to resolve any queries and I was treated with respect (even when I thought the washing machine was broken because I wasn’t using it properly lol). Importantly they did not try to con us out of our deposit or patronise us as lots of student letting agency’s do.

GoogleMy partner and I rented our first flat together with PJ Properties. We started there as students, and ended up staying for 6 years because we loved it so much! PJ Properties were a big reason that we stayed so long. Our landlord, Mark, was amazing and very quick to respond if we had even the smallest issue. The whole PJs team are friendly and approachable, and we would highly recommend them to any students or professionals looking for somewhere to live.

GooglePJ's have been so nice and accommodating in every request and communication I have had with them over my two years in their houses :))! Quick responses, always very friendly, problems solved very quickly and efficiently. A few months ago the edge of our carpet was coming undone and the very friendly handyman came the same day to fix it! No complaints, 10/10 would choose PJ Properties again :)

GoogleMy personal experience with this company, is that they are lovely, as long as you don't want ANYTHING! They WILL try every conceivable thing to rinse you of money and they will be as awkward as possible on the return of your deposit. Please avoid. For your own sake and sanity.

GoogleOverall relatively ok experience renting with PJ Properties. They responded to the majority of issues within a reasonable timeframe but also failed to sort out more serious issues. A broken window was left broken for 75% of our tenancy, our grill was never repaired and we had multiple instances of visits without the legally mandated 24 hour warning. At the end of the day, the property was fine and they were near enough fine but I wouldn't wish to rent one of their properties in future.

GoogleMy friends and I lived in one of their properties for two years. The house was nicer than most we viewed, and even though it had some problems, pj properties would quickly try to resolve them. They were very understanding during the pandemic. It was also great how close their office is to all of their properties. The only complaint we had was about how the house wasn't cleaned up to our standards when we initially moved in, but I would still definitely recommend them.

GoogleI was really pleased with PJ properties, they owned both our house and the house next door, so when we had issues with paper thin walls between the two attic rooms PJ's soundproofed both sides of the wall. They got experts in so that it was a really good job and spent the time and money to ensure both tenants in both houses were happy. This made my time in the house so much better! They were very good at getting things fixed quickly and replying to emails. I would stay in one of their houses again! Thanks to everyone at the property shop!

GoogleI lived for two years in accommodation from PJ Properties, and it was a flawless experience. From the beginning, the house came up to my standards, and any future issues were quickly resolved. Probably the biggest upside is the family-run business. Showing up in their offices (a 1-minute walk from the property), I was always warmly welcomed. Extremely nice family-friendly business, that I can strongly recommend.

GoogleI rented with PJ properties for all my years at Sheffield University. PJ properties made everything hassle free and offered a professional but friendly service throughout. PJ responded to all maintenance requests promptly and efficiently. PJ were available via email or phone and helped with all problems. This included when our boiler pressure was low - they sent someone the same day to put it right for us. I would definitely recommend PJ to anyone in Sheffield who needs to rent a property!

GoogleI rented a property from 2013-14 with P J Properties, I was extremely impressed by the service we received with them, if we had any issues they were easily contactable and responded quickly. The little things such as keeping the grass being cut throughout the year made for the property looking clean and presentable throughout the year. I had an issue with my first payment for the rent where I struggled to have the full amount, after I let them know PJ Properties were more than happy to rearrange the payment to a date that suited me better. Would highly recommend PJ Properties to any student looking for a cheap and hassle free place to rent.
