Rosi- my property manager has been very helpful to support with my request after move in, she assisted me in applying underground parking slot, fixing of the aircon and replacement of worn mattress. she has been very helpful and responsive.

She used her initiative, showed me an apartment I had not asked to see but she thought would be suitable. When it was taken off the market she remembered 12 months later and reached out to both parties and managed after much hard work and her pro-active approach to get it over the line creating both a delighted buyer and a delighted seller.

What made their service special was how the unexpected was dealt with in a calm and professional manner - and this made all the difference as stress levels rose. GoogleYou’ll not meet any friendlier, efficient, knowledgeable hard working Estate agents in Sheffield. From the very first time I met Helen Newton to discuss selling my property, putting it on the market within a week of signing up, getting loads of viewings within days of the property going, to having plenty of offers above the asking price. Lauren and Ella both working hard in the background, Lauren working her magic selling the property to potential buyers, Ella always on hand, beavering away keeping you updated. Even when the sale fell through it was back on the market within minutes and was sold again within a week. I can’t praise them all highly enough with the way they handled the sale of the property. Would definitely use them again in the future.

The service I received from all the staff at Knight Frank throughout the course of my purchase was friendly and unfailingly professional. As soon as my offer was accepted I was assigned a designated contact in the office, which was immediately reassuring after a recent bad experience with a different agent and purchase. Their liaison with my solicitor and the vendor to obtain answers to my various queries was prompt and efficient, and I was kept regularly updated with developments without even having to ask, via clear and detailed emails. I never had to chase for information, and there was always a friendly voice available to take my calls. When I finally collected my keys on completion I was handed an unexpected but very appreciated bag of lovely edible (and drinkable!) goodies, and it was lovely to finally meet the staff who had been so helpful during the process (and in resolving some minor post-sales issues). The whole experience was as stress-free as I could have wished and their professionalism inspired confidence from start to finish. The team were outstanding in every respect and I am extremely happy with my lovely new home!
