GoogleThe woman is an absolute SCAM and I will recommend anyone who needs a property management service to go with a different firm rather than using her service. She represented my partner when he wanted to rent his house. A month later, this tenant stopped paying rent all together (and turned out to be the complete opposite of what he anticipated from a reliable tenant) and Bruce and Simpson agency breached their contract as a property manager by leaving my partner abruptly rather than fulfilling the one month notice as mentioned on the contract between the two parties. The tenant has now stopped paying rent and my partner is seeking a legal advice to sue both this firm and the tenant. I highly recommend to anyone who need a property manager to choose anyone but Sandie who is nothing but a criminal.

Hi Yam, I'm confused here.
I've never had a contract with you and have previously not accepted one of your properties due to your outlandish requests on the "type of tenant you want in your property" As I explained to you then I cannot discriminate against someone because of their cultural choices of food so I chose to not work with you. I do hope that you found an agent that was able to meet your extreme/racist demands but I was not that agent.
Regarding the property that you are talking about here - it is not your property and I am not willing to discuss another landlord with you.
However, I am able to generically address certain points.
As is well known, and something's that I adhere to, it is illegal to deny people on benefits the right to rent a property and any agent worth their salt will not willingly break the law. Should you, the landlord of this property or anyone else need more clarification on this matter then I must direct you to the numerous legal websites which clearly state that it is illegal to deny renting to someone just because they are in receipt of benefits. I'm sorry that you seem disagree with this law but I am unable to break it because of you/the landlords request to act illegally.
My general advice for all landlords is to be part of landlord associations and to have landlord insurances in place to cover any issues with their tenants. Should situations arise as a landlord these insurances and associations are there for the protection of the landlord and their property.
Finally I am confident that all of the work that I do with landlords is professional and above all legal. I am sorry that you are unhappy that I act in a legal way and that I am unwilling to break the law.
I will continue to remain professional and legal with all of my future relationships with landlords and I am confident that these landlords will want to work with me because of this
