I still remember when after moving in on Feb 2019 I was repainting the smallest bedroom, while together with my then girlfriend (now my wife) then I thought 'I would like to our first baby having this bedroom as a first one in their life". And it happened in Jan 2020. We have a 6.5 years old daughter Nadia now. Basically, we have majority of good memories after 7.5 years renting your flat. We lived in a house for 2 years let by Sandie and Bruce and Simpson. Throughout those 2 years Sandie was very friendly, approachable and quick to respond to any problems that arose with the house. The landlady always fixed anything that needed doing and nothing was ever too much trouble. Our boiler was always serviced on time. We would definitely recommend Sandie to anyone needing to rent a house.

I've used Sandie from Bruce & Simpson a few times now so this review is well overdue, my apologies. After letting out our properties myself for a good few years this was the first time I'd passed the reigns to someone else. Being somewhat of a control freak this was quite difficult for me to do but Sandie made the process totally painless. I felt like she was a 2nd ME and knew exactly what I was looking for in my potential tenants. It was nice to have all the paperwork sorted for me as well as the viewings. I always feel bad having to inform the unsuccessful applicants and having a third party to do that for me made me feel less upset about the situation. Tenants are always found very quickly and all the necessary checks and document signing is always done professionally. Now I've finally been able to not need full control I can't ever imagine not using Sandie ever again!!

Sandie is the best agent you can ever imagine. She is not only very kind and lovely, but also professional. I was a student and my wife used to work for an agency when we were looking for flats. Few other agents refused our request only because we did not have permanent jobs at that moment. But Sandie trusted us and we also tried to be good tenants for her. She is a kindhearted human being and very understanding. She is always there for you to help you with any issues you have in your flat and tries her best to help you with the situation. If you are a tenant, please stay well away from this company. The landlady at the time used this company when I was a tenant, firstly Sandi who is I'm guessing part owner ship is money driven and only cares about if she gets paid at the end of the month. I will start with the issues I had regarding this property, the boiler started to leak badly, when I spoke to Sandi she said she would pass the message onto the landlord. She did this without failure yet she failed to state that the water was leaking and causing damage. The landlord agree this. The other issue was that myself and my partner who is currently heavily pregnant was constantly threatened and blackmailed in emails. Stating if we do not do x, y and z then the tenancie will be invalid. The landlord who used this company yet again agreed that what she said and did was unprofessional. Myself and mypartner ended the tenancy agreement due to finding a house because cause of all the issues. We said we will be handing our 1 months notice in, sandi said yes that's fine and gave me a option to leave earlier then what was on the agreement via messages. So this is what we did however she is not saying because we left earlier she will be looking to take out the money from our deposit! She is also trying to state we damaged the property for over the value of £900. I'm sorry sandie but again your trying everything to get as much money as possible. Perhaps if you stayed off tiktok and concentrated on your tenants needs this would of been a better experience for us all. Stay away from this company !!!!!

Sandie is a very helpful, friendly property manager and I would definitely recommend her to anybody. Me and my partner was looking for our first home together and due to only being young a lot of bigger companies was very reluctant to have us in whenever we went to viewings.
