Lizzie, Katriona and Siobhan have changed my view of estate agents. I've dealt with many, been disappointed frequently, and totally frustrated regularly. Our sale was complicated at times and they were caring, honest, very helpful and the communication was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Did relatively well in the scale of estate agents. Got stuck in that middle ground between wanting to be involved all the time and not wanting to be a pain. This meant they were always calling/emailing to try and chase the next step in the process, but never up to date enough to understand what might be delaying the process, even when both sets of solicitors and both vendor and purchaser were fully aware.

Blundells were so helpful when buying a property through them. The manager, Georgia especially was always quick to respond to any queries and to chase solicitors for answers. Definitely recommend this estate agents.

The whole team were exceptionally efficient, helpful and friendly. They progressed every stage quickly and did all they could to ensure my property was sold in record time. I would definitely recommend them.

We completed on our 1st home with blundells, woodseats only this week. Our contact was Bo who was so helpful, imformative and reliable. Bo went the extra mile to ensure we always kept up to date and briefed on any developments. I also would like to give Katrina and Michael a thumbs up who were also very helpful in bo's absence. We had a great experience buying our first home with Blundells. Everyone was very helpful but Chloe in particular helped us along all the way. We also used Tim for our mortgage who we would definitely recommend.. he was very reassuring and knowledgable and went the extra mile to help us with any problems we had. Thank you again!

I couldn’t recommend woodseats Blundells enough. I’ve had a brilliant experience from start to finish with selling my property. Chloe gave me regular, consistent updates and went above and beyond in the whole selling process of my property. She took all the stress out of the sale for me, and made it a pleasant experience. If you want to sell your house hassle free I’d highly recommend Blundells at woodseats.

I had excellent mortgage advice from Tim Sleight of Countrywide, who is based in the Blundells Woodseats office. Tim sorted out the best mortgage and insurance policies for me, going to great lengths to solve a few complications, and he was always happy to answer my many questions throughout the whole process of my house purchase.

Great Team. Very supportive and work hard to move the sale along. Great liaison between buyer and seller. Very informative and a professional with a very human approach to questions/problems.
