GoogleBlundells Woodseats provided me with the best customer service I have ever received from start to finish. Richard came out to the property to value it at the beginning of the process and was very professional. Once I had chosen Blundells as my estate agent, they were heads and shoulders above the the other two companies who valued the property, I was looked after by Chloe. I cannot praise this lady highly enough for the way that she has conducted the sale of my property. She has chased the buyer and the solicitors on both sides relentlessly to ensure the completion of the sale and has kept me informed at a level above and beyond the expectation for an estate agent throughout the entire process (I'm pretty sure she was doing my solicitor's job at times). I can't thank her enough - she helped keep me sane over a very difficult and arduous 4 months of selling a property.

GoogleMy house was on sale for 6 months with another estate agent and we had received no offers during that time. I was told by a couple of people in my area to "put it up with Blundells and they will get it sold," and it turned out they were exactly right! Several offers and house sold within a few weeks of it going up with Blundells. Could not be happier with the service received from the team at Woodseats which includes Chloe, Tim, Katrina, Liz, Richard and Michael. All very professional and motivated to provide excellent customer service Thanks again!

GoogleKeep away if you are renting. Blundells (Woodseats) operate as a front for landlords, and they do not care one bit about the tenant. 1. They have just one person in charge of managing letting for the entire area. This means you are always talking to the voicemail, and never getting replies on time. Shows how serious they are about renting. 2. They behave as if they are entitled to your custom, and will not even try to work with you for things as trivial as deciding when and how you can move in, or how the keys would be handed over. They have rules for every small ritual that you the tenant is expected to abide. I have no idea how they manage to make a profit, if they do at all. 3. Their £400 fee is very uncompetitive and you do not get anything back in return. We asked for a standard clause to be added to the contract, and they forfeited the fee because they wouldn't add it. I will see them in small claims, but that's another story. In any case, I was happy to see the back of them after I finally rented elsewhere, even if that meant losing the fee at that time.
Dear Mr Bhattacharya, thank you for your review and comments; we do take on board your concerns regarding your experience with the Woodseats office and do appreciate that you feel your time with us has not been to your satisfaction. We were unable to meet your request to amend the clause to allow subletting as this is not something the landlord would wish for, and as it is not a common practice of ours, such an amendment would have needed to be made prior to your application being accepted and any fees being taken. At Blundells our main priority is to protect both you, as a tenant, and landlords by providing a tenancy agreement that is reviewed on a regular basis which is compliant with current laws and legislations. We aim to give you both peace of mind and comfort knowing you are protected during your rental with us at Blundells. All amendments to contracts do have to be in agreement with both parties and as this was not the case I appreciate you did not wish to proceed with your application. It is unfortunate we were not able to accommodate your request however in this instance we did have to work on the landlord’s instruction. We do welcome all your feedback regarding this matter and thank you for your time in writing this.

GoogleWe had a very good experience with Blundells Woodseats. Our negotiator was very helpful and just the loveliest person (Jackie Chambers). The sale and purchase all became very fraught (not Blundells' fault in the slightest) but Blundells did all that they could for us and got us over the finishing line. We also think they helped us to get the best possible price for our house and that it was probably higher than we would have got with other agents.
