GoogleFrom the first visit with Jessica to finding our buyers and getting completion with Kirsty, our experience has been second to none. The whole team are friendly, professional and very helpful. Despite our own issues at our house, Kirsty helped us remain calm and expertly navigated our way to finding solutions. Along with using their solicitors DC Law, who were actually chasing us on occasion rather than us needing to chase them, we are very impressed with our experience and have already made a recommendation to friends to use haart. Had we not had our own issues with house I believe that the whole sale and completion of our property could have gone through in under 3 months (taking into consideration Xmas and new year). That said, once we were definitely ready everything progressed at lightning speed! Very happy customers, and will definitely recommend them again in the future. GoogleI have moved and used estate agents a rediculously high amount of times and chose haart to sell my property due to a number of reasons, the first being that they still open on a Sunday, to me and to most people seriously looking to buy or sell this is a must. Secondly, the team are professional and I felt confident in them being able to sell my property- of which they did well within 2 weeks!!
Once dealing with them, whenever I rang in whoever answered the phone knew my property and could answer my questions- though I did need to ring in much as I was kept up to date throughout the whole process.
Adding to this, when I had to pull out of a purchase and put the whole process on hold the year before they were patient and professional and ready to market my property as soon as I was ready without making me feel uncomfortable at all. Plus you can get an answer from them up to 10pm!!
I would not consider any other agents in Sheerness - each and every member of staff is fantastic and professional!! Full of confidence with this branch

GoogleAfter having an awful experience with another local estate agents you'd forgive us for being dubious in estate agents altogether. We had met Nick before so we wanted to deal with him for this time as the ice was already broken.
Cannot fault him for answering all our questions and concerns. To be honest, everyone at the Sheerness branch were very patient and helpful. Nothing is too much and you're not made to feel like a complete div for asking the silliest of questions... In our case, that was plenty.
Just one glitch, preferences of property, we were offered places that did not meet our criteria despite having a checklist it did feel like we covered the same ground over the duration of our search.
I accept our search was difficult as not a lot out there to fit our requirements but being asked to see the same property every phone call. We joked about it, as we are quite easy going people, but maybe just double check requirements before making the call. Saves your breath and your clients ears lol.
Other than that, no qualms, they worked really hard for us and always had time. So thanks guys... Won't be seeing you, for hopefully a very long time :-)
